*Lesson/Tips from the designer Kaze
We are made of copper, therefore we should use similar techniques when taking care of ourselves and our jewelry. Naturally when we receive extensive amounts of sun, we tan and our skin becomes more beautifully copper in tone. Like copper, when oxidized and absorbed in heat/moisture, it tends to change color and become a little darker or can sometimes “occasionally” patina, naturally turning the metal greenish blue. Do Not Panic this is normal. The product is working and infusing it’s properties into your skin for revitalization, joint healing, and blood circulation.
The solution to returning your jewelry back to its shiny and brighter stage is to dip/soak it in lemon/lime juice or rub with a raw lime, lemon, or ketchup (a Hebrew hack I learned from my aunt)
This same concept can be used to get rid of dark spots on our scars or blemishes, rub lemon daily on it and it will disappear just like the oxidation on your copper! Painting the inside base of the metal with natural clear polish as a coating is another option. Polishing cloths are a lifetime staple if you are a regular wearer of jewelry.
